This weekend I filled them with strawberry jam and they were pretty darned good. I made the regular pancake version and then just pumped them full of jam. The kids absolutely LOVED them and they were easy to eat.
I'm also getting quicker about making them in the pan and being able to flip them.

Since I'm the first person to comment on this post, does that mean I get some of those delicious pancakes shipped to me. Purty Please with strawberries and whipped cream on top!

Mah-Meeee - I'm planning on trying instant pudding next. The kids are very excited. I have to go buy milk though.
Carrie - Do you remember the little quotes and poems they would have in there sent in by readers? I loved them and used to cut them out and save them. I have a book of them here somewhere...
Do I have a pancake recipe for you. We eat them at least 2-3 times a week. 3 grain. wheat, oat and cornmeal. Yummo!
My erroe. I do nt have a pancake puff recipe, but I do have a 3 grain pancake recipe from scratch.
